David G. Omer | Attorney
Personal Injury Practice Leader
David took the scenic route to Felton Banks! After receiving Bachelor's degrees in Piano Performance and Sacred Music from Appalachian State University in 2009, David worked in the legal industry for two years before enrolling in Campbell Law School’s Class of 2014. After graduating, David was hired at Wallace Pierce Law, PLLC in Durham as an Associate Attorney practicing Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. David joined Felton Banks in August 2016 to assist in various cases and to build and lead the firm’s Personal Injury practice.
David’s practice is characterized by thoroughness, attention to detail and, above all, a passion for helping those in need. He enjoys the business side of practicing law, and remains committed to perpetual learning through study and contribution to an assortment of legal blogs and publications. David is a member of the 10th District and Wake County Bar Associations, and is presently admitted to practice in all North Carolina state courts.
When he isn’t “lawyering,” you can typically find David either making music or doing something outside. He loves to hunt, fish, backpack, and paddle, and he has been active in the music ministry at Bayleaf Baptist Church for over fifteen years. David is a diehard fan of the Carolina Panthers, the N.C. State Wolfpack and the Appalachian State Mountaineers, and he attends sporting events whenever he can.
